Head off trouble before it starts by putting a mobility as a service platform in place. We also cannot ignore the fact that workers everywhere are looking for a better work life balance. Good 21st Century talent wants choices in work environment; mobility as a service provides the answer. Employer flexibility in allowing employees to work from home goes a long way toward improving morale, particularly in those workers with young children at home. Freedom to work from home means fewer missed work days spent watching sick children or transporting them to the doctor.
