Why I write on mobile workforce
Worker morale rises substantially when work and life are in balance. Mobility as a service allows employees that freedom while giving the employer ultimate control over the remote activities of its at home work force. In order to remain competitive, businesses are going to have to eventually convert to cloud based IT technology. Boundaries have all but disappeared with the advent of the global marketplace. Businesses must keep on their IT toes to stay abreast of the constantly changing shifts in office technology; the biggest shift underway today is towards mobility.
